Tips / Notes
I like to use pre-rolled puff pastry, it’s the perfect thickness for cheese straws and saves time. If you’re using a block of pastry, you’ll need to roll it out until it’s thin enough to shape your straws. And if you’re making your own pastry from scratch, that’s just amazing! Although a bit too much folding and fussing for me! Whatever pastry we choose they will be delicious.
