Very Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Try my super easy cookie recipe and learn a great basic method that you can adapt for future cookie treats!
Ingredients
150g self raising flour
100g butter
75g caster sugar
75g light muscovado sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
100g chocolate (any you like, in any form)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Cream together the butter and sugars
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and flour and combine
- Add your chosen chocolate
- I use a 5cm ice cream scoop to portion onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 8 mins or until slightly golden brown on the top.
- Leave to cool on a rack and enjoy warm or store in a cookie jar.
Replace the chocolate chips with mini eggs for the perfect easter treat!
