Tips / Notes
Don’t worry if you haven’t got a stand mixer, just pop all the ingredients into a large bowl and give them a good mix with a wooden spoon or hand whisk. When buying your chocolate, you can go for chunks, chips, or break up a chocolate bar, whatever you have on hand. Not a lover of dark chocolate? No problem, milk chocolate works just as well!If you don’t have tulip muffin cases, standard ones work just fine, just make sure to adjust the baking time if they are smaller. You can also make your own tulip ones with baking parchment. I hope you enjoy the recipe - let me know if you give it a try and how it turns out!
