Very Easy Biscoff Flapjacks

Biscoff flapjacks are unbelievably easy to make and even better to eat, soft, chewy, and packed with that irresistible caramelised Biscoff flavour 
Makes: 12
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes

Equipment:

  • Large Pan
  • 9 x 9 inch (23cm) Baking Tin
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Baking Parchment
  • Kitchen Scales

Ingredients:  

  • 175g/6oz Butter
  • 175g/6oz Golden Syrup
  • 175g/6oz Light Muscovado Sugar
  • 350g/12oz Porridge Oats

Instructions: 

  • Put the butter sugar and syrup in a pan and melt on a low heat
  • Add the oats and mix
  • Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking tin, then bake at 150°C for 30 minutes 
  • When its out of the oven melt the Biscoff spread for 30 secs in the microwave or until smooth...then pour and spread on top of flap jacks
  • Leave to cool and set, put in fridge until cold enough to cut up
