Very Easy Crunchie Yoghurt

As you know, all my recipes are very easy, but this one is ridiculously simple, I love it. It actually came from my sister’s boss about 25 years ago, and we’ve been making (and eating!) it ever since
Makes: 2 servings
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes

Equipment:

  • Bowl
  • Storage Container

Ingredients:  

  • 450 grams Thick Greek Yoghurt I use Fage
  • 3 Crunchie Bars

Instructions: 

  • Add your yoghurt to a bowl
  • Break up your Crunchies and add to the yoghurt saving some to sprinkle on top
  • Add to a a container or cover your bowl and refrigerate

Tips / Notes

I told you it was simple! It’s also very versatile, add more or fewer Crunchies, or even some fruit. If you refrigerate it overnight, the honeycomb melts into the yoghurt while the chocolate stays firm, which is delicious. If you’d rather it not melt as much, just chill it for a couple of hours before enjoying.
