This no bake cheesecake is incredibly easy to make and doesn’t even require you to turn on the oven

1 20cm cake tin
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Tbl Spoon
Kitchen Scales
1 Spatula
Stand or hand mixer
Ingredients:
300gHob Nob biscuits
105gmelted butter
280mldouble cream
125gicing sugar
600gsoft cheese
2tbspvanilla extract
Instructions:
Crush your biscuits and melt the butter
Mix together the biscuits and butter, press into your cake tin and put into the fridge to chill
Whip the cream and add your icing sugar, soft cheese and vanilla extra extract, mix well
Add your cream mixture to the top of the biscuit base and add a topping of choice
If you can wait to eat it, chill over night
Tips / Notes
I added mini eggs to this one as it was Easter, but you can add any topping you like. You can also use alternative biscuits like digestives, ginger nuts, or any biscuit of your choice.
