Tips / Notes
This is a wonderfully versatile recipe, you can use any size tin depending on whether you prefer your tiffin thick or thin, and cut it into whatever shape or size you like. I used digestive biscuits, but feel free to swap in your favourites. As I’m not keen on raisins in chocolate, I left them out and it made little difference to the mix, though sultanas, currants, or any dried fruit would work well. I topped mine with Munchies, but chocolate pieces or Maltesers would be just as delicious, and for an Easter twist, mini eggs are perfect. Enjoy!
