
Very Easy Biscoff Flapjacks
Biscoff flapjacks are unbelievably easy to make and even better to eat, soft, chewy, and packed with that irresistible caramelised Biscoff flavour

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Equipment:
- Large Pan
- 9 x 9 inch (23cm) Baking Tin
- Wooden Spoon
- Baking Parchment
- Kitchen Scales
Ingredients:
- 175g/6oz Butter
- 175g/6oz Golden Syrup
- 175g/6oz Light Muscovado Sugar
- 350g/12oz Porridge Oats
Instructions:
- Put the butter sugar and syrup in a pan and melt on a low heat
- Add the oats and mix
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking tin, then bake at 150°C for 30 minutes
- When its out of the oven melt the Biscoff spread for 30 secs in the microwave or until smooth…then pour and spread on top of flap jacks
- Leave to cool and set, put in fridge until cold enough to cut up
